Albums of the year, so far? I wrote a column mocking this listicle-ageddon in the Times on Sunday but here is what I just sent to a discussion group I’m on, as I draft my top 5 to run on DiS next week.
I pretty much haven’t stopped listening to the new Deftones record - can def’ hear just how much M83, Chino was listening to in some of the more breathless moments. Diamond Eyes truly is the White Pony mk2 that fans have been waiting for.
